Battalion, Imperial Yeomanry (Rough Riders) from soon after the date of joining in 1900 and was subsequently attached to the Imperial Light Horse : WOUNDED IN ACTION at Potchefstroom on 4 January 1901 and was later invalided home and discharged : Re-attested at London on 30 January 1902 and was then posted to serve with 121st.
